Refund & Exchange

If the product received is defective or damaged, you can request a return within 48 hours from the date of delivery with the receipt or proof of purchase, please take a picture of the product and send it to us at ask@supaface.com. The appeal will be looked into within 7 business days. Once the appeal has been approved, you are required to return the items to:

AG-15, PJ Industrial Park, Jalan Kemajuan, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia

The returned product can either be transferred to store credit or to be exchanged with another product of the same value.

However, this is NOT applicable in the following cases:

– Product that has been tampered with or products with opened packages (all products need to be in their original condition and packing). Only products that are unused and in its original packaging still attached can be returned or exchanged.

– Colour of the product is different when viewed on the website. (Disclaimer: Product colour may vary slightly due to different screen device settings and location lighting.)

We reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the conditions above is met.
